Apply for a New Global Collection Account

1.Start applying

  • Once your SUNRATE account has been approved, usually the first step is to apply for a global account; Click Global Accounts, then click Apply in the top right corner of the Account Information page.

2.Select the account that matches your business mode

  • In the application interface, select your corresponding business type among these three selections, and select the country/region of your business.

    *You can only apply for one account under one business scenario at a time. If your business involves multiple scenarios, you can continue to apply for different types of accounts. For more details, please refer FAQ.

3.Fill in the required information

3.1 E-commerce Marketplace

  • If you are an E-commerce seller, select the region and platform corresponding to your store under E-commerce market place, fill in your store information, and click Submit.

3.2 B2B Goods Trade

  • If you need to receive payments under B2B Goods Trades, select B2B Goods Trade, choose the bank account you want to use, and verify whether the account supports the currency you want to receive. After verification, click Submit.

3.3 Other Trade

  • If you are engaged in service trades such as advertising agency, logistics that do not involve physical goods, and would like to receive service payments through our bank account, select Other trade, fill in the specific category of your business, and then click Submit.

4.Wait for the activation

  • After submitted all these information, you will see the account information waiting for activation on this page. You do not need to take any further action, and the account will be automatically activated within 1 business days after approval. You will receive a notification when the account is activated.

5.Continue applying for the next account/manage accounts

  • If you would like to apply for another account, please return to the Global Account - Account Information page and click Apply and repeat the application process. You can always come back to this page to manage or apply for accounts in the future.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. How many virtual accounts can I apply for at once?

  • You can apply for up to ten virtual accounts at a time. However, only three of those accounts can be activated before receiving your first payment. Once your first payment is received, the remaining accounts will be activate.

2.Is there a limit to the number of virtual accounts I can have?

  • The account limit varies based on your business type. If you found you are not allowed to apply certain accounts, please contact us for assistance.

3.Can I choose the bank of the virtual account to apply for?

  • The system will typically recommend the most suitable bank for your needs, but you can also apply for other supported bank accounts. If you have any questions about the differences between bank accounts, please consult us for more information.
