Registration Preparation
Before starting the registration process, please prepare the following materials:
● A mobile number and email address that can receive verification messages
● Your identity document
● The company director's identity document
● Your company’s business license
● The identity documents of natural person shareholders holding more than or equal to 25% (if applicable)
Start the SUNRATE Account Registration
Enter your email address and mobile number, then input the verification code received.
*Emails containing login verification codes may be classified as spam. If you do not receive the verification email for a long time, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Enter the password you wish to use for future logins, confirm the password, and click Continue to proceed to the next page.
On the next page, click Start.
Complete Company Information
1. Who are you - Fill in the registrant's information
If you are the director of the company, select Legal representative/Director, fill in your name, and click Save and continue.
If you are not the director, select Authorized Representative, enter your name, download the authorization template, fill in the relevant information according to the template, and upload your identity document. Click Save and continue.
2. Your company - Fill in company information
2.1 Company Information
Fill in the company's registered name, English name, registered address, operating address in the respective fields, and report the company's revenue for the past year as accurately as possible.
*All information provided must match those of the company's business licence. If the business licence does not contain an English name, please translate the company's name into English and ensure that the same English name is consistently used within the platform.
2.2 Director/Legal Representative
Select the ID type and upload the corresponding photo or scanned copy, then click Save and continue.
3. Shareholder Information - Fill in shareholder details
Accurately fill in the shareholding ratio, document issuance location, and select Identity Type for all individual shareholders holding more than or equal to 25% in the respective fields, and upload the corresponding photos or scanned copies.
If there are multiple shareholders with a holding of more than 25%, click Click to Add to upload the documents for all shareholders. After completing the uploads, click Save and continue.
*For corporate shareholders (except publicly listed companies), trace the beneficial owner (natural person) holding 25% or more of the shares.
4. Business Information and Others
4.1 Select the account type that best matches your business needs
Choose the account type and functions based on your actual needs (multiple selections allowed).
4.2 Client Certification Information
If you have an account manager and have had a face-to-face meeting with them, select Yes to the first question, enter the invitation code provided by your account manager, select Offline Interview, upload a photo of you and your account manager, and click Save and continue.
If you have an account manager and have had a face-to-face meeting with them, select Yes to the first question, enter the invitation code provided by your account manager, select Virtual Appointment, and follow the instructions to complete facial recognition.
If you currently do not have an account manager, select No, and follow the instructions to complete facial recognition.
4.3 Visual Identity Verification
Option 1: Use your computer’s camera to complete the certification.
Option 2: If your computer does not have a camera or cannot support facial recognition, you can use your phone to scan the QR code displayed for certification. Once the QR code is displayed, you can use the QR code scanner on your phone, or use your mobile browser (such as Safari or Google Chrome) to scan the QR code. It will automatically redirect to your mobile browser for facial recognition.
*Once you click Start Certification on either the computer or phone, the QR code will expire. You can regenerate a new QR code by clicking Re-certify and scanning the new QR code with your phone.
5. Wait for approval.
Once you successfully submit the facial liveness verification, we will begin reviewing your information. We will complete the review within 1-3 business days and notify you of the final result via email and SMS.

The review process typically takes 1-3 business days, but it may vary depending on the nature of your business. The results will be notified via SMS or email.
