Registration Preparation

Before starting the registration process, please prepare the following materials:

● A mobile number and email address that can receive verification messages

● Your identification documents (e.g., Passport, National Identification Card, Driver's License)

● Proof of your business (e.g., URL of a business website or e-commerce online store, business registration certificate)

Start the SUNRATE account registration

  • Select your location, enter your email address and mobile number, then input the verification code sent to your provided contact information.

    *If the code is not received within a reasonable timeframe, kindly check your spam or junk folder. Should the issue persist, please contact our support team.

  • Enter the password you would like to use for future logins, confirm the password, and click Register Now to proceed to the next page.

  • On the next page, select Individual and click Start.

Complete your business information

1. Fill in your personal information

  • In the first section, enter your personal information and upload proof of address as required.

2. Upload proof of your business

  • In this section, provide a description of your business and your store’s url. Thereafter, upload the screenshots of your store or website (if applicable).

3. Complete the ID verification

  • Click to start ID verification.

  • To complete the ID Verification. scan the QR code by using the App or the browser (such as Safari or Google Chrome) on your mobile phone.

  • After scanning the QR code, it will automatically redirect to your mobile browser. Next, follow the instructions to complete the ID verification.

4. Review and submit the information.

  • Once you have completed all the required steps, return to this page and click Submit. This will allow us to review your information. The review process typically takes 1-3 business days, and you will be notified of the results via SMS and the email which you have provided.
