When your funds are received, they will be subject to a temporary freeze. To verify the source of the funds, you will need to link a collection order. Once the review is successfully completed, the funds will be released and added to your payment balance.

You can view all incoming funds under a temporary freeze on the Transaction Management – Fund Management page. To link a collection order, click Link Order on the right-hand side of the relevant transaction.
*If you do not have a collection order and prefer to submit supporting documents instead, please switch to the General Version of the platform and refer to <Upload Supporting Documents to Unfreeze Incoming Funds>.
After selecting the relevant order, click Submit.
*As long as the order amount limit has not been reached, the same collection order can be reused to link multiple incoming payments.
