How do I identify the cause of a transaction failure?

This article explains what you should do when you find transaction failure.

If your commercial card transaction fails, please check the following points first.

1. Sufficient Balance

Ensure that your commercial card has adequate funds to complete the transaction.

2. Card Status

Check if the card has been frozen. If the Automatic Freeze of Dormant Cards feature is enabled, the card will be automatically frozen after 45 days of inactivity. Should you need to use the card again, please unfreeze it accordingly.
