How do I transfer money to my SUNRATE account?

Add money to SUNRATE balance

  • If you need to top-up your commercial cards, convert currency or make payments to your business partners, you may need to transfer money from your own company account to your SUNRATE balance.

  • To do so, you only need to initiate a bank transfer from your company account to any of your activated global collection accounts.

    *Please refer to help.sunrate.com/docs/how-do-i-apply-for-a-new-global-collection-account-professional on how to apply for a Global Collection Account if you have not applied for any.

Acquire the information of your collection account

  • Click on Transaction Management and navigating to Account Management, then select the name of the corresponding account you would like to use.

    *Before selecting the account, please confirm that account you have in mind supports the currency you would like to transfer.

  • Thereafter, you may start your transaction by using this account’s information.
