This article explains how you can set up and use Commercial Card Review feature for enhanced payment security.

1. What is Commercial Card Review feature?

You can enable the Review Center function to ensure that every newly created business card undergoes an approval process before activation.

2. How do I enable the Review Center?

To activate this feature:

  • Add your card administrator

    Click on your username at the top right corner and select Account & Security from the drop-down menu.

  • Click on User Management and Add A New User as card administrator.

  • Enable commercial card review feature

    SUNRATE - Cards - Settings - Account Security

3. What happens after I apply for a new commercial card?

  • The request will be sent to the Review Center for approval.

  • Once approved, the card will be activated.

  • If rejected, you will receive a notification with the reason.
