How to apply for a SUNRATE commercial card?

Apply for a Commercial Card

  • To create a new card, simply click "Create Card" at the top right of your dashboard — it’ll take you straight to the card setup page.

1. Apply for virtual cards

1.1 Initiate application

  • Go to Cards, select Virtual Card.

    *If you are experiencing difficulty finding this feature on your interface, please refer to the following guide: <Funcation Management>. Or you can ask your account manager or online customer support for assistance.

1.2 Enter card details

  • Fill in the basic card details on this page and click Submit.

    *You have the option to assign a card user and risk controls based on your needs. If you choose to skip this step, you can configure them anytime later. For more details, please refer to <Commercial card control>:

1.3 Manage your card

  • Once submitted, the card will be instantly activated. You can click on the number of the specific card under Card No. to view detailed information.

  • You can also manage the card by selecting the expanded menu under Action.

2. Apply for Physical Cards

2.1 Start application

  • Click Cards - Physical CardCreate Card.

2.2 Enter the card information

  • Enter the card information as required, then click Next.

    *When applying for a physical card for the first time, you are required to enter a card name. After the card name has been approved, you may proceed to create the card.

2.3 Add shipping information

  • On the delivery page, click Address Book to add the information of recipient.

2.4 Create recipient

  • Click Create Recipient and enter your shipping information. Once you have confirmed the information, click Confirm.

    *The first address will become your default address, you can edit in future.

 

2.5 Add & confirm the recipient

  • Select the recipient you just added, and the recipient information will automatically be displayed here. After confirming that the information is correct, click Next.

2.6 Submit the application

  • After ensuring that all information provided is accurate, click Submit.

2.7 Check and manage the order information

  • You can check or manage the order status under Cards - Physical Card - Order Management anytime.
