Registration Preparation
Before starting the registration process, please prepare the following materials:
● A mobile number and email address that can receive verification messages
● Your identity document
● The company director's identity document
● Your company’s business document
● The identity documents of natural person shareholders holding more than or equal to 25% (if applicable)
Start the SUNRATE Account Registration
Select your location, enter your email address and mobile number, then input the verification code received.
*If you don't receive an email after a reasonable amount of time, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Enter the password you would like to use for future logins, confirm the password, and click Register Now to proceed to the next page.

On the next page, choose the business part and click Start.

Complete Company Information
1. Who are you - Fill in the registrant's information
If you are the director/UBO of your company, select Legal Representative/Director, fill in your name, and click Save and continue.

If you are not the director/UBO, select Authorized Representative, enter your name, upload the authorization Letter and your ID. Click Save and continue.

2. Your business - Fill in company information
2.1 Business Information
Fill in the company's basic information. After confirm the information, upload the company documents corresponding to the region you selected.
*All information provided must match the company's business documents, and please ensure that the business name is consistently used within the platform.

2.2 Director/Legal Representative
Select the ID type and upload the corresponding photo or scanned copy, then click Save and continue.
If there are multiple directors, click Click to add in order to add the information of all directors.

3. Shareholder Information - Fill in shareholder details
Accurately fill in the shareholding ratio, id issuance location, and select id for all individual shareholders holding more than or equal to 25% in the respective fields, and upload the corresponding photos or scanned copies.
If there are multiple shareholders with a holding of more than 25%, click Click to Add to upload the documents for all shareholders. After completing the uploads, click Save and Continue.
*For corporate shareholders (except publicly listed companies), trace the beneficial owner (natural person) holding 25% or more of the shares.

4. Account Setup & ID verification
4.1 Select the functions that best matches your business needs
Choose the functions based on your actual needs (multiple selections allowed).

4.2 Choose the way to complete ID verification
If you have met an account manager and taken a photo with him/her, select Offline Verification.
Enter your account manager’s Invitation code and upload the photo of yours, then click Save and Continue.

If you do not have an account manager, or have not taken the photo with your account manager yet, select Liveness Verification.
To complete the Liveness Verification. scan the QR code by using the App or the browser (such as Safari or Google Chrome) on your mobile phone.

After scanning the QR code, it will automatically redirect to your mobile browser. Then follow the instruction to complete the facial recognition.
5. Review and Submit the information.
Once you successfully complete the visual identity verification, click Submit at the bottom of your screen. This will allow us to review your information. We will complete the review within 1-3 business days and notify you of the final result via email and SMS.
