Before You Begin
Ensure the currency you need is enabled within the function management settings
Click Function Management in the top right dropdown menu, and select Transaction Currencies.

On this page, check if your preferred currencies you want are available. If not, click Modify in the top right corner to add them.

Start the Conversion Process
1. Top up the account balance for FX management
1.1 Initiate the transfer-in
Go to FX Management, then click FX Management Balance. Next, in the top right corner, click Transfer In.

1.2 Confirm the transfer
Enter the currency type and amount you would like to top up, then click Confirm. This will transfer the funds from your Account Balance to the FX Management Account Balance.
*All funds for your FX Management Account Balance must originate from your main Account Balance, enabling instant and fee-free transfers between the two.

2. Initiate the conversion
2.1 Start trade
Click FX Management before selecting New Trade.

2.2 Get the exchange rate and confirm trade
Enter the trade details and click Quote FX Rate to view the current rate. After you have confirmed the rate, click Confirm to Trade.

2.3 Confirm the quote and complete the trade
Upon confirming the trade, a transaction summary will appear on the right side of the screen. Click Confirm Quote within 15 seconds to finalise the transaction.

3. Withdraw from the FX Management Account Balance
3.1 Initiate the withdrawal
After completing the trade, go back to Account Balance and click Transfer Out at the top right corner.

3.2 Confirm the withdrawal
Enter the currency type and amount you would like to withdraw, then click Confirm. This will transfer the corresponding amount from your FX Management Account Balance to your Account Balance.
*Funds held in the FX Management Account cannot be used directly for global payments or withdrawals to your company account. They must first be transferred to the Account Balance for further processing.
